CroatianShop.com ("Croatian Shop"), utilizes commission-based affiliate marketing from our merchant partners ("Affiliate Merchants"). Please read this Member Agreement (the "Agreement") carefully before signing up for the account and using CroatianShop.com website.
1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
By subscribing to and/or using Croatian Shop services, user (“Customer”) accepts the terms and conditions of use. If Customer does not agree to these Conditions of Use, please do not use our site or the service. Croatian Shop reserves the right, at our discretion, to update or revise these Conditions of Use without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on our web site (www.CroatianShop.com).
2. USE OF SERVICE
The Services may not be used for unlawful purposes and Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, or conventions including but not limited those related to data privacy, international communications, and exportation of technical or personal data. Croatian Shop has no control over the content of the information transmitted through its accounts. Croatian Shop does not (i) represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice or statement made through a Croatian Shop account. Customer is expressly prohibited from using the services to transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, libelous, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, or otherwise objectionable information of any kind, including, but not limited to, encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, infringe third party rights, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or other law. Customer agrees not to use the service in any way that would interfere or impact Croatian Shop network or service to other customers.
3. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTION TO SERVICE
The Croatian Shop reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the member. Croatian Shop shall not be liable to Customer or any third party should Croatian Shop exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Customer acknowledges and accepts that Croatian Shop does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
4. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK INFORMATION
All content included or available on this site, including site design, text, corporate names, service marks, logos, images, websites and domain names of the Croatian Shop are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Croatian Shop. All Services and/or Materials found in the Website are protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property laws. Any use of Materials on the Website, including reproduction, distribution, or replication, without prior written permission of an authorized officer of the Croatian Shop is strictly prohibited.
5. LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES
Croatian Shop contains links to Affiliate Merchant sites on the internet which are owned and operated by Vendors or other third parties. You acknowledge that Croatian Shop is not responsible for the availability of, or the content located on or through, any Affiliate Merchant Site. You should contact the site administrator for those third party sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content located on such sites. Your use of those third party sites is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of each site, and we are not responsible therein.
6. USE OF ONLINE COUPONS
Croatian Shop provides online coupons as a free service to its Users. Croatian Shop is not responsible for the redemption, errors/omissions or expiration of online coupons and it is your responsibility to make sure that a discount, special pricing, or free offer is present in the checkout process of an Affiliate Merchant. All offers and promotions on this site are subject to change without notice. Croatian Shop has no control over the legality of any coupons or other offers made by Affiliate Merchants, the ability of any of the Affiliate Merchants to complete the sales in accordance with the offers, or the quality of the goods offered by the Affiliate Merchants. Croatian Shop has no control over whether Affiliate Merchants will honor the offers shown on CroatianShop.com, and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information contained on the website. In the event you have a dispute with an Affiliate Merchant in any way relating to the CroatianShop.com website or the use of information from the website, you agree to waive and release Croatian Shop from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages (actual and consequential), losses, costs or expenses of every kind and nature, known and unknown, disclosed and undisclosed relating to that dispute.

To post messages on our forums, you must create user name. Croatian Shop may use moderators and administrators to monitor the content and appearance of messages posted in our forums, but is under no obligation to do so. You agree that neither Croatian Shop, nor any person or entity associated with it, will be held responsible for the contents, accuracy, completeness or validity of any information posted on our forums. You agree that you will not use our forums to post any material, or links to any material, which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law. You agree not to post any copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder, unless such copyright is owned by you or CroatianShop.com.
You hereby grant Croatian Shop a perpetual, world-wide, royalty-free license to distribute, copy, adapt, reproduce, transmit and otherwise use content and information you post in our forums for any purpose and in any media now known or hereinafter developed. Croatian Shop reserves the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever, at our sole discretion. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your messages, and that you will indemnify and hold harmless Croatian Shop and their agents and employees with respect to any claim based upon the appearance and/or transmission of your message(s).
9. INDEMNIFICATION.
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Croatian Shop, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to arising out of Customer’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Customer, or other user of the Service using Customer’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
The Information and materials on the website could include technical or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information contained herein. CUSTOMER MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS, OR GRAPHICS ON THE WEBSITE, ALL OF WHICH IS PROVIDED ON A STRICTLY “AS IS” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS OR GRAPHICS ON THE WEB SITE.
