Are the paintings you sell originals?
Yes, all paintings on our website are original work.
Will the painting look just like it does on the website?
We have strict standard to ensure that our website images accurately represent the painting that you have ordered. There may be small subtle differences but each picture will remain true to the original. The painting you receive will be more impressive than a 2 dimensional image on a screen.
What is the shipping method and cost?
We ship our paintings with FedEx Express in a protective shipping tube. Shipping cost is individually calculated and added to the order based on quantity and shipping location. With each shipment we will provide a tracking number so you can track your package. We have a special arrangement with FedEx and are able to offer our customers discounted international shipping rates.
Are the paintings delivered framed or unframed?
Because people generally have different taste and prefer to choose their own frame all our paintings are sold unframed.
How do I pay?
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards and checks. The wire transfer is the most economical method of payment. We also accept credit card payments and payments by check. However, credit card payment carries a transaction fee charged by the credit card company and the payments by check require the customary check clearance wait time before we can ship.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed once payment has been received in full. Since all the paintings come directly from the artists’ ateliers, we will require 4-5 days to process the order. Shipping time by express international delivery usually takes 2-5 business days, depending on the location and time of year (the Christmas rush often slows things down, for example). Based on the above you can expect to receive your painting(s) in 6-10 business days.
What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
The paintings are shipped in protective packaging that ensures that no damage occurs during transit. In an unlikely event the damage does occur, the paintings are fully insured. If the painting arrives damaged point this out to the courier immediately, and also inform us.
Will I have to pay customs duty?
This varies from country-to-country. Generally, in the most countries hand-painted original art does not require customs duty. However, please check the Customs or the postal authorities in your country if you have any questions. U.S. Customs imposes NO IMPORT DUTY on hand painted original paintings. The point of entry into the United States makes no difference nor does the state of final destination.
